The Family House
Family House
For additional charge, the family house will sleep 10-12 people. It has four private bedrooms: 1) Queen; 2) Queen; 3) Queen+Twin; and 4) Bunks + Twin. There are two full baths upstairs and a half bath downstairs. The main floor has a full kitchen, living room (with sleeper sofa) and a large family entertaining area with fireplace.
Bridal Guest House
Included with the venue rental is a lovely guest house that has been transformed into a suite for the bride and her bridesmaids. Plenty of dressing space, a relaxing lounge, full bathroom and a kitchenette make this space delightful for the bride and her maids. For a small additional charge, you can also sleep 2 here on the queen sleeper sofa. There is a small kitchenette and a full bath, so it can be a private lodge for 2 of your guests.
Groomsmen's Space
Included with the venue rental is a groomsmen's apartment complete with kitchenette/bar, dartboard and other games. You will find everything the groomsmen need to prepare and enjoy their time prior to the service. For a small additional charge, you can also sleep 2 here on the queen sleeper sofa. There is a small kitchenette and a full bath, so it can be a private lodge for 2 of your guests.
Maple Brook
Maple Brook Lodging is not directly on the venue property, but is across the street and just 50 yards to the South. It is a spacious remodeled home that includes a full kitchen with seating for up to 15 people that is open plan into a large living room with a electric fireplace. Bedrooms include a King, 3 Queens, and Bunkroom that sleeps up to 7. The facility accommodates 15 in beds and has a sleeper sofa as well.
Farm House
The Farm House is the original colonial home on the property and has a great deal of Early American charm and antiquity. It is a spacious 7 bedroom home with a large front porch and back deck. The downstairs has 2 bedrooms. There is a newly remodeled, fully handicap accessible master King bedroom and en-suite bathroom. There is also a small reading nook or single bedroom downstairs as well. Upstairs has 5 bedrooms (2 Kings, 1 Queen, 1 Full and 1 Single) as well as two bathrooms. The facility accommodates 12 in beds and has two large eating areas for dining. Please note that this property is only available to clients looking for additional lodging after renting the main Family Lodge and Maple Brook.
