Our one day wedding rental includes full use of the wedding barn, our 3 season chapel, and the bride and groom prep spaces from 8:30am to Midnight.   Included are chairs, tables, altar arch, bar and accessories, feature furniture and more.   Contact us for a full list of amenities, including quantities, size, and full descriptions.   Decorations are not included.  Lodging is not included.  You will have use of the full site for photographs including access to the adjacent angus beef farm.  You may choose your own vendors, with the exception of drinks/bar as we have a liquor license. 

Our 3 day relaxing weekend is meant to slow down the pace of your event so that you can enjoy your day.  You get the full site, including the main family lodging (family house, bride apartment, groom apartment, and log cabin) from Friday at 8:30 am to Sunday 10pm.   The lodging can accommodate 16 people.  You can decorate at your own pace and enjoy an on-site rehearsal dinner.   Canoe on the lake or enjoy our game room of outdoor fun activities.  Use the BBQ grill or grab local catering from the Circle Creek Cabin to make meals easy, or bring your own. This package allows you to really take time with your new extended family and forget the rush.   Families love that they have plenty of time to relax after the wedding with no rushing around to pack up cars with decorations at the end of their party.   There are also discounted add-on packages for the Maple Brook and Farm House lodging.

These prices are for our family house lodging which sleeps 10 in the upstairs bedrooms and an additional 2 downstairs in a queen comfort mattress pull out.  The bridal apartment and the groom apartment also have full bathroom and kitchenettes and have queen comfort mattress pull outs.  These two additional spaces, which are a part of your wedding rental, can be added as overnight accommodations for $60 each / night.   In total, you can sleep 16 on site.   

These prices are for our ranch lodging across the street which sleeps a total of 17.  There is one King bedroom, 3 Queen bedrooms, and a bunkroom with 3 bunk sets (one set with full bottom level).   The main living room also has a pull out sofa which can accommodate 2 people.   Special pricing for the three day weekend  ranges from $850 to $775 for both nights if booked in addition to your 3 day package.  

These prices are for our original Farm House full of antiquities and early American charm.  This colonial home has 7 bedrooms and features a large front porch and a scenic back patio.   The home includes a downstairs King master bedroom and a small children's single nook bedroom.  Upstairs includes 2 King bedrooms, 1 Queen bedroom, 1 Full bedroom, and a Single bedroom.   This truly unique property sleeps a total of 12, but may only be rented if the above lodging has also been rented in your package.   Special pricing for the three day weekend  ranges from $795 to $715 for both nights if booked in addition to your 3 day package.
